Peach Cobbler is an ideal way to end almost every meal, and after Patti and Oprah, your recipe file is complete without this great dessert!
INGREDIENTS
Puff DL
3 pounds medium peaches, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and above the crust
4 tablespoons (1 / 2 stick) butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pan lightly butter 8-inch square.
In a medium bowl, combine the peaches, cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Add butter. Media Peach Spoon batter into prepared pan and fill.
On a lightly floured board, run the smaller disk of dough into an 8-inch square of 1 / 8 inch thick, cut the dough as necessary. Place peaches in an ovenproof dish.
