Jewelry is good for every anniversary. But if you are to traditional cotton swabs / straw, then how about something like a teddy bear full of straw for their own staff. I think there are factory outlets as "bears" who can do that. You will receive a certificate for that too, and they are all limited edition. Just a thought, but something a little different.
