I've recently bought an exercise bike from Walmart vertical power GYM (Gold's Spin 210). It is very unpleasant, and I wonder if there is a way to replace the seat with one another, as a kind of general perception based on matches that my bike? Thank you!

If you are new to cycling, almost every chair is uncomfortable at first. A mistake that beginners often make is the cycle with the saddle too low. If you set the chair at a height where your legs are almost fully extended at the bottom of the pedal stroke, and the driver at a level that makes him lean forward and the weight on the arm is more comfortable

It seems that ownership of registered mail and it takes a seat in the manual. You can try horseback riding and keep yourself feel better once the habit. Every stop has to go through training when they start with the bicycle, even if you do all summer before the winter and took off. You can try a gel seat cover or just use a piece of foam of 1 cm. Raise your chair high enough so that your leg is straight with the heel of the foot in the middle of the pedal and a slight curve ball into force.

Take short walks to their use.
