This is a test of content uniformity of drug-ABC.
Standard Preparation
Weigh the reference samples mg and the amount of the ABC and with water to 100 ml in a volumetric flask. Pipette 5 ml of solution and replenish ml to 100.
Sample

I'm not 100% sure exactly what you're here. It appears that you have a tutorial on how to prepare some of the analytical standards of a good finish by ICP or AA instruments. I also see that you have your digestion of samples or do well.
At the start of solving the equation you posted item, we should know the basic amount mg is good for the last example. I'm also a little confused about the AU J. It is assumed indicative of gold and arsenic? How to use a spectrophotometer, I conclude that the AU and they seem to be, but I'm not sure. If so, you must indicate that the merger was actually received from his analysis of the two isotopes.
