Since the 24 hours since my last and diarrhea, everything is back to normal and I feel much better. Can I return to a normal diet? Or must follow a diet, and if so, what should I eat?

Can a doctor has said that a diagnosis of intestinal virus. My understanding is that the virus was dissolved in stomach acid and therefore can not reach the intestine.
Suppose you had to feel better, have loose stools and the diagnosis is doubtful that you should consider a return to a normal diet.
